Crust Ingredients
• 1/2 C butter
• 2 T sugar
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 C flour
Crust Directions
• Cream butter, sugar & salt
• Add flour and blend well
• Press crumbly mixture into the bottom and up sides of 9″ pie plate (don’t cover rim)

Filling Ingredients & Instructions
• Make 24-36 oz individually quick frozen cherries into pie filling and cool
• Pour cherry pie filling into unbaked crust and bake 350° for 15 minutes

Cheese Topping Ingredients
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/3 C sugar (2T sugar, 2T honey)
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
Cheese Topping Instructions
• Beat ingredients until thick & creamy
• Spread over filling & seal to edge leaving a 3″ circle in the center
• Return to oven to bake 30 minutes more
• Cool before serving
