Today we want to share one of our new favorite quick recipes! These no bake cherry cheesecakes are perfect for anything from a Valentine’s day treat to a summer picnic dessert!

Friske’s Farm Market Cherry Pie Filling, about half a jar per recipe
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 c powdered sugar
1 c heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c butter, softened
2 tbsp sugar
- Prepare the bottom/crust layer. You can use granola (approximately 3 tablespoons per cup), OR create a graham cracker crust. For the graham cracker crust, mix the graham cracker crumbs, softened/melted butter, and sugar well. Then distribute evenly between 8 9-oz cups.
- For the cheesecake layer, add all cheesecake ingredients to a large bowl and whip until nice and creamy, and a small peak lifts as you pull the beater up. Distribute evenly among the cups.
- For the topping, add Friske’s cherry pie filling, about 3-4 Tablespoons per cup. Roughly 17oz/half a jar will be enough for one recipe.
