Delicious, melt-in-your-mouth cookies.

Ingredients

1 C sugar
-
½ C softened butter
-
1 egg
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
⅓ C sour cream
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp baking soda
-
2 C flour
-
1 Jar Friske Cherry Pie Filling
-
White. chocolate to drizzle on top
Directions
Cream sugar and softened butter.
Add egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl mix sour cream, salt and baking soda.
Add and mix flour.
Add to above mixture.
Scoop dough out using a 2 tbsp scoop and place in sprayed muffin/cupcake pan.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 350°, making sure they are not getting too brown.
Remove from oven immediately and use a small spoon to create a well for the pie filling.
Cool in pan 10-15 minutes.
Pop out of pan.
Use a teaspoon and fill each cookie cup with Friske Cherry Pie Filling.
Drizzle top with white chocolate.
