Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer various shipping options depending on the destination, size, and weight of the package. The available options will be displayed during the checkout process. Please select the shipping method that best suits your needs.
Free Shipping
All pre-made Gift Boxes & Apple Boxes ship for free. Orders over $99 ship for free, with the following exceptions: the price of Gift Boxes, Apple Boxes, and Cookie Boxes are not calculated towards free shipping on orders over $99.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. Territories at this time. Fresh apples cannot be shipped to California.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
