Fall Fest Kick Off and Local Vendor Market
Saturday, September 21, 2024, 11am-5pm

DETAILS:

1. There is a $25 charge for a 10' space.

2. The local vendor market is for original, handmade craft items. Food, baked goods, and multi-level marketing businesses are excluded. Vendor may not already be selling the same product at Friske's.

3. Vendors must provide their own equipment, canopies, tables, chairs, etc.

4. Eleccrticity is not provided.

5. Vendor attests that all their products are original and handmade by yourself or an associate.

6. Vendors can begin to set up at 9 am. Breakdown is at 5pm.

7. Vendor booths must be manned at all times and intact until the show closes at 5pm.

8. Only one business per booth. Booth space may not be sublet or shared without prior approval from Friske's.

9. Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

10. Friske's is permitted to take phtographs/video of the booths and/or vendors and use these for advertising or promotional purposes.

11. We reserve the right to censor any booth.

12. No use or selling of alcohol, vaping or tobacco products.

13. Friske's will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or injury incurred during the event.

14. Friske's reserves the right to deny a contract for any reason, and/or if all vendor spaces have been filled.
