1 lb ground beef
1 egg beaten
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 C quick oats
2 Tbsp honey bbq sauce
1/2 C Friske’s Oma’s Chunky Applesauce
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Put in a sprayed loaf pan (we use a 9×9 square pan for a double recipe)
Bake 45-55 minutes at 400°
After removing from oven, glaze with more bbq sauce
Great served with Friske Honeycrisp or Oma’s Chunky Applesauce
