Need a quick and easy winter recipe? Look no further, these Cherry Berry Goat Cheese Balls are perfect for charcuterie boards, winter holiday parties, and more!



  1. In a large bowl, beat goat cheese, cream cheese, cinnamon and Friske Pure Michigan Honey until light and fluffy
  2. Add 1/2 c Friske Cherry Berry Nut Mix , folding to combine. Set aside.
  3. Line countertop with parchment paper. Toss together remaining Cherry Berry Nut Mix, Friske Dried Cranberries and parsley on the parchment paper.
  4. Using a large scoop, scoop out one round of cheese filling and toss in Cherry Berry Nut mixture.
  5. Continue until all cheese balls have been rolled in coating.
  6. Refrigerate cheese balls until ready to serve. Can be made up to 3 days before, just be sure to store in airtight container.
  7. To serve, drizzle with honey, if desired. Serve with crackers, warm crostini or as it, with a toothpick

      Wagon Rides: $5/person. This is a delightful 15-20 minute narrated ride (wagon seats 15 adults at a time) through parts of our orchard – which includes a view of Lake Michigan!

      • An 18% gratuity will be added for parties of 12 or more.
      • Lunch will be offered to the tour director and bus driver at a 50% discount

      Friske BBQ Pork: On-site pit smoked pulled pork topped with our house BBQ sauce, served on a toasted bun.

      Cherry Pippin Wrap: Homemade chicken salad with dried cherries, apples, pecans and crisp romaine served in a lightly grilled wrap.
