Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
-
1 egg beaten
-
2 Tbsp chopped onion
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ c. quick oats
-
2 Tbsp Apple Butter BBQ Sauce
-
½ c. Oma’s Chunky Applesauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Put in a sprayed loaf pan (we use a 9x9 square pan for a double recipe)
Bake 45-55 minutes at 400°
After removing from oven, glaze with more bbq sauce
